Hello my name is Rachel Baynham Keith I am the addministrative Assistant. I have been apart of the Douglass Family for 17 years. I enjoy working with the scholars and I am glad that I can be apart of there learning experience at Douglass Elementary.

I've been in the education field for 30 years. For 10 of those years, I was an Elementary School Counselor for the KCMO School District. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling & Psychology from KU. I enjoy working with the staff and children. This is my 3rd year in the KCK School District, and I am having a great time! I love to scrapbook and travel with my awesome husband.
